Driver/Valeter – Honda of Bournemouth

Are you passionate about motorcycles and take pride in attention to detail? We are looking for a Driver/Valeter to join our busy Honda Motorcycle Dealership in Bournemouth. This is a hands-on role where you’ll play an important part in making sure our motorcycles always look their best.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for ensuring every motorcycle leaving our dealership is presented in excellent condition. From preparing showroom bikes to maintaining our demo, courtesy, and training motorcycles, your work will help uphold the high standards our customers expect. You will also deliver motorcycles across the UK and support the dealership team with day-to-day operations. As part of the Honda network, you’ll be working with one of the most trusted and respected motorcycle brands in the world.

Key Responsibilities

• Valeting: Carry out a variety of cleaning tasks, from quick service washes to full valets.
• Motorcycle Handling: Safely move and handle motorcycles of all sizes, including in tighter spaces.
• Dealership Support:
• Move bikes in and out of the showroom each day.
• Maintain a clean and organised dealership environment.
• Keep the valeting area tidy and well- presented.
• Deliveries: Plan and complete motorcycle deliveries, ensuring they arrive safely and on time.
• Play a key part in the customer experience by presenting motorcycles in perfect condition during handovers.
• Represent the dealership when delivering bikes across the UK.

Skills & Attributes

• Time Management: Able to organise and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Teamwork: Comfortable working closely with both Sales and Service colleagues.
• Attention to Detail: Committed to maintaining the highest standards of presentation.

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence.
• Full UK motorcycle licence.
• Confidence handling motorcycles of different sizes and weights.
• Previous valeting experience is helpful, but not essential—we value enthusiasm and a strong work ethic above all.
