Ordering Products:
- Locate your wanted item by using the site navigator on the left or using the search function
- Click into the item and choose from the option bar (e.g. colour, size etc), then enter quantity and click ‘Add to your basket’.
- Your Basket will then be displayed where you can choose to continue shopping or proceed to checkout. If you continue shopping, your basket will display in the top right corner of the page.
- At the checkout, you will be asked to enter your details. Simply login if you are an existing customer.
- Click to ‘payment details’ and follow instructions. Payments are taken through WorldPay Plc and at no point do we see or deal with your card details.
- Note: Please enter your details correctly, and be sure to use your billing details on the WorldPay website - any other address will be flagged up as failing their strict data-matching guidelines, and may result in a failed order.
- You will shortly receive an order confirmation email.
Ordering Parts:
- Go to Road or Off-Road Parts Finder.
- Follow along the model of your bike and click into the year.
- Scroll down the list of main ‘block’ parts for your bike and click into a block.
- For example, select Clutch, and a page with an image and a list of all components will open.
- The recommended quantity shows how many of those parts you would need for a total refurbishment of the clutch. The prices are listed per item and including VAT.
- Enter the quantity that you need for each part in the required quantity column.
- Once finished, click ‘Add all selected items to your basket’ at the bottom of the page.
- Proceed as above through the personal detail and payment pages.
Can’t find it…
- Try using the search function to look for a specific item. Entering your bike model will find all the accessories available for that bike.
- If your bike is not listed in the parts finder or you cannot find a specific part, please do not hesitate to call on 01202 541227 with your chassis number and colour code.
- Orders can also be taken over the phone.

Postage:
- All of our post goes on a recorded delivery service, generally arriving within 2-3 working days. If you need parts sent priority, please contact us, but be prepared for extra postage costs.
- Small parcels are sent through Royal Mail and larger parcels with Fed-Ex UK.
- If you wish to order from overseas, please contact us via telephone or email so we work out the best postage cost for you.
